From
pre-implementation logistics to post-test
evaluation, Learning Together works in partnership with schools
and community organizations to ensure student success. In fact,
we're so sure we can raise student achievement that we'll refund
the material cost for any tutee who doesn't meet or exceed
grade level.
Planning
Service
begins before the sale, when an Educational Consultant helps
you select the right programs, tutor models and
timeline. A single Customer Relationship Coordinator handles your
account from beginning to end, so you know who to call for assistance.
Free Grant Writing
Learning
Together can help identify sources of public
and private funding. And in many cases, we'll provide an
experienced professional to write a high-yield grant so every
student has the opportunity to benefit from one-on-one
tutoring. Contact us to see if your school, district or
organization qualifies for free grant-writing assistance.
Professional Development
Our
Educational Consultants provide onsite professional development
training before tutorials begin. Coordinators learn how to manage
Reading Together and Math Together, but also acquire literacy and math
teaching skills they can transfer to the regular classroom.
Organizational Development
Our
most successful programs are the ones where coordinators meet as a
community to share their expertise. We can help by planning and
facilitating regular coordinator debriefings, and by sharing the
experiences of other users through our online forum, the Sharing Board.
Ongoing Support
Your Customer Relationship Coordinator is available by phone (toll free at 1.866.921.0000), fax (336.852.7188) or email from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday. The Educational
Consultant who provided professional development training also is
available to consult free of charge.
Updates
Coordinators have instant access to research and management tools by logging on to our Coordinator Community. They can read our e-newsletter, One2One, and find the latest management tools in the Resource Downloads area. It's all free to registered users.
Feedback
To
better serve our customers, we solicit evaluations following
training, Phase I and program completion. We welcome comments from all
program participants—tutors, tutees, classroom teachers, school staff,
administration, parents and program coordinators. Email your comments or send them to: The Learning Together Company, 5509-B West Friendly Avenue, Suite 201, Greensboro, NC 27410.
